‘’Wabi-Sabi: Appreciation of imperfection in beauty…’’ underlines the core idea that lies behind the conceptual development of Brother’s unique workplace design crafted to be enjoyed both by customers and the Brother team.

Customer service center and the office operations

Two projects spanning over different sites on the same floor, I.Dezign thoroughly separated functions of a customer service center and the office operations ensuring the right flow in the physical imperfection due to this separation which eventually served towards better management of these spaces by end-users.

Elements of geometry translated into physical forms of displays leading to the creation of the right platform for strong presence of branding thru showcasing of the latest products successfully. Part of the display idea also included the tailoring room to be fully visible by the customers being hosted for a pleasing customer experience.

Minimalistic and understated elements reflecting the humble spirit of Japanese culture, intersect soothingly to combine the idea of modernity & simplicity in the new Brother Café, creating the right spot to bring people together while promoting a great sense of bonding and adaptability for a team that manages a lot of remote working post-Covid.
